Alexander is 2!

Alexander had a birthday, shout hooray! My baby is 2! (I guess that is okay since I will be having another baby in 5 months.) We had a party on Saturday with my family and then another party on Sunday with Taun's family. He got some really great presents and we all had a really great time at both parties. Thanks to everyone for the toys, clothes, sleeping bag, and swimming pool. Since his bithday he has slept in his BIG BOY BED everynight and today he wanted me to put underwear over his diaper. I think he will grow up before I know it.
here are some pictures from the party with Taun's family.
The grandkids kept grandpa very busy on the swingset. We kept hearing, "Grandpa, come push us!, Okay, now it's our turn!" Grandpa was pushing all the kids on the swing and they loved it!

Here are the pictures from the party with my family.
We celebrated the 3 June birthdays in my family. Taylor - 17 (my sister's oldest), Alex - 2, and Emma - 2 (my brother's 5th).
Taylor with Alex. All the kids love Taylor and he is so good to play with them.

Alex got some really cool trucks.

Another cool truck.

Now comes the fun part...the eating of the cake! He did pretty good at first...

He got a little messy...

Whoa! Give the kid a bath!

Seizure update:

He has not had any seizures since coming home from Primary Children's in May. He is still on medication and the rage comes and goes. It is so hard to know what to do when he rages because he cannot control it but I don't want to have him think that it is okay. We are so grateful that we were able to figure some things out but wish we could know the reasons he has seizures.

I can't believe baby Alex is so old! You never told me about all of this fun stuff you have been up to. I am glad that you are having a good summer. Oh, and thanks for lunch. It was the highlight of my week :)

Hey, Shannon! You are blogging again I see. So sorry to hear about the seizures. That has to be terrifying. Take care. :)
